Short Description

²Traditionally, a vast region encompassing all the lands south of the Grey Mountains, north of Mordor, east of the Misty Mountains, and west of the river Redwater. This area includes Mirkwood and the northern Anduin river valley.

Rhovanion is home to Thranduil's Wood-elves, the Dwarves of the Iron Hills, and various Northmen groups of the mountains, woods and plains. It is a rugged region untamed by any dominant civilization.
